Mallory & Irvine, Birkenhead

Mallory and Irvine Buildings comprise two Grade A office buildings with BREEAM Excellent, EPC A, Gold WiredScore and Gold WELL credentials, representing the first phase of an exciting regeneration project in Birkenhead.

The buildings set a strong benchmark for quality, sustainability and occupier wellbeing. They benefit from generous 2.8m floor‑to‑ceiling heights, column‑free floorplates on a 1.5m x 1.5m planning grid, full access raised floors, integrated LED lighting and perforated metal ceilings provide flexible, high‑performance office accommodation.

The high‑quality reception areas create a strong first impression, with efficient vertical circulation via multiple passenger lifts and dedicated goods lifts. Comprehensive end‑of‑journey facilities, WCs on all floors and advanced VRF heating and cooling systems further enhance occupier comfort.

The office scheme is developed on the site of Milton Pavement, an area forming part of the Grange Shopping precinct. To the north west sits the remainder of the Grange Shopping Centre, including the Pyramids. The provision of retail and food amenity is plentiful with key occupiers including Argos, Costa Coffee, Home Bargains, JD Sports, Next and Subway.

The site is situated a 3 minute walk from the main bus interchange for the town providing bus services to all areas of Wirral, Liverpool and Chester. Conway Park Train Station is just 150m to the East providing rail services directly to Liverpool, West Kirby and New Brighton.
