There is an office available within The Plex situated on the first floor and can be provided either furnished or unfurnished suitable for upto 10 people. Electricity sockets and ports are situated all round the office to allow for maximum capacity.

There are 2 radiators within the office along with 2 large windows which look out onto the front of the business centre allowing plenty of natural light, both windows have venetian blinds fitted. The office is fitted with a codelock for security and an alarm is fitted for the main building.

The rental is fully serviced and includes electricity, central heating, water, cleaning, maintenance and manned reception services.

The reception and meeting room facilities (hire costs will apply), are located on the ground floor and the building includes shared kitchen facilities along with toilet and shower facilities. There is 24 hour CCTV surrounding the building, along with upto 22 private car parking spaces (additional charges will apply for parking), and bike storage facilities are provided externally. Wakefield Westgate train station is within a 3 minute walk and the city centre is 5 minutes walk away.
