The Square, Camberley, Surrey

The Square is a dominant and well-established covered shopping centre located in the heart of Camberley’s prime retail pitch, positioned directly opposite The Atrium leisure scheme and within close proximity to the town’s rail station, providing excellent accessibility and strong footfall.

Extending to approximately 550,000 sq ft of retail accommodation, The Square forms the core of Camberley’s retail offer, anchored by Primark and supported by a strong line-up of national occupiers including TK Maxx, Sainsbury’s, JD Sports, New Look, Costa Coffee, Superdrug and Boots. Recent lettings to Warren James, Esquires and Auntie Anne’s further demonstrate the ongoing demand for space within the scheme and reinforce its appeal to both national and regional operators.

The centre benefits from a 957-space multi-storey car park, offering convenient and direct access for customers and supporting strong dwell time. Its covered environment provides an attractive all-weather shopping destination, encouraging consistent year-round footfall.

Strategically positioned opposite The Atrium leisure scheme, which offers a cinema, restaurants and leisure operators, The Square benefits from significant crossover footfall, creating a vibrant retail and leisure destination. The scheme serves a strong and affluent catchment across Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire, supported by excellent transport links and a substantial daytime population.
