Lighting is LED with PIR detection.
Administrative support and reception services are also available within the centre.
Terms of Occupation
The offices are let on a Licence Agreement - available on 'easy-in, easy-out' terms (terminable on the giving of one month's notice) and subject to an annual review with the business centre Manager or Business Advisor.
Rental
Monthly licence fee payable by direct debit; details on application. Deposit payable equivalent to the monthly licence fee. Licence fee includes - power, heat & light, reception services (meet & greet visitors, receive post and deliveries); access to a wider business support network; refuse/recycling facilities; communal area cleaning and building insurance.
Uses
Suitable for a wide variety of office based, and small workshop businesses. Retail, vehicle repair and/or maintenance, car trade or related businesses are not permitted.
Repairs & Maintenance
Licence holders are responsible for the internal upkeep & decoration of their office only.
Business Rates & VAT
Business rates are not included, but small business rate relief (SBRR) can be applied for with East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
VAT is payable on the licence fee.
Conference & Meeting Space
RaisE boasts a modern conference room that can accommodate up to 80 delegates and ground floor meeting rooms for up to 10 delegates. The provision of a presenter kit, WiFi, flipcharts. Catering and refreshments can be arranged by RaisE's in house cafe - Feast 78.
