Services
Memberships include electricity, water, and high-speed broadband. Members receive complimentary tea, coffee, and refreshments throughout the day, as well as printing and scanning facilities. Private Office members also benefit from meeting room credits, guest passes, and network-wide access.

Rent
Offices are priced from £1,065 pcm (ex VAT) for a 3-person studio up to £5,680 pcm (ex VAT) for a 16-person suite. Each membership includes a monthly meeting room allowance calculated at 2 hours per desk per month.

Terms
The minimum contract term is 12 months with a 6-month notice period. A refundable deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent is required upon signing. All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT.

Business Rates
Rates are the responsibility of the tenant and are not included in the membership fee. Individual offices may qualify for Small Business Rates Relief, which could result in no rates being payable. This relief must be applied for directly through the local authority by the tenant.
