Quest 90 is a high-spec industrial and distribution facility of steel portal frame construction featuring profile metal cladding and 10-m eaves height. The warehouse environment is fully climate-controlled via four ducted heat pump AHUs and one Daikin heat pump AHU, providing comprehensive heating and cooling.

Specialist storage requirements are met by an internal 2,000 sq ft cold room with a 216-pallet capacity, while the main floor currently holds in situ reach truck pallet racking for 9,000 Euro pallets, available by separate negotiation. There is a fully secure stand alone 600 euro pallet secure storage area that is also available by separate negotiation. The external loading provisions include twelve loading doors, configured as eight dock-level doors and four ground-level doors, the latter situated under a 1,650 sq ft canopy. To support modern fleet requirements, the loading yard is equipped with eight HGV trailer charging points at the door entry points. The site is highly secure, featuring full perimeter fencing and automated closing gates protecting both the loading yard and the 70-space car park, which includes EV charge point for 2 vehicles 7.5kw and two disabled bays. Additional parking bays marked up in yard, suitable for cars, LVCs or HGVs.

The administrative block provides high-quality office accommodation across two floors, with a passenger lift providing full accessibility. The offices are fully equipped with Dakin air conditioning. Staff welfare facilities are comprehensive, consisting of canteen areas and multiple WCs on both floors, supplemented by a shower room on the ground floor.
