A successful and traditional touring caravan park offering a small number of seasonal pitches together with overnight caravan pitches, also catering for rallies. Prior to the current ownership it was operated within the Camping and Caravanning Club Franchise Scheme for circa 15 years.

The property extends across a total of 10.5 acres of land and is developed as a high quality touring caravan park offering spacious pitches across three trading areas, with a nature / dog walk around the perimeter of the grounds, a peaceful nature reserve with ponds and a children’s recreation and play area.

The park is accessed from a prominent splayed entrance direct from the A517 with a one-way road system in operation. Within the entrance is the first caravan field that was approved consent in 1993 for up to 34 pitches. There is a detached timber reception lodge within the entrance and the main touring amenity facilities in this area which is developed to accommodate 24 spacious hardstanding touring pitches together with 4 grass pitches, all with electric hook up.

Field 2 is developed with 22 hardstanding pitches and Field 3 is presently developed to accommodate 28 grass pitches with electric hook up and a further 8 grass pitches with no hook up.

All pitches measure at least 5m x 8.5m and have 16 Amp electric supply with 6m grass spacing between pitches.

The park presently operates from just before Easter to the end of October in each year, although fields 1 and 2 have scope to operate a longer season with planning approved for 11 months holiday use between 1st February and 2nd January in the following year.
