All offices accessed from the central corridors are secured with digital code locks. All accessed from the central corridors and having double glazing to the external elevations. Dado 240v perimeter power sockets in the majority which can easily be reconfigured to suit any layout, LED suspended lighting, Vertical window blinds and hard wearing commercial carpeting. All offices are let on an unfurnished basis.
Shared kitchens are located on each floor with microwave, fridge freezer, kitchen units, kettle, planting and seating which are cleaned daily. Ladies and gents washrooms are also on each floor and cleaned daily.
