Milton of Larg Farm lies approx. 1 mile southwest of the village of New Luce. The village benefits from a village store, hotel/public house, village hall and children’s playpark. General Description
Milton of Larg Farm is situated in the picturesque New Luce valley in the heart of the county of Wigtownshire and extends to approximately 173.53Ha (428.79 acres).

Historically the farm was farmed as a dairy unit until the late 1990’s, then changing to a beef/sheep unit being farmed with a beef suckler herd of approximately 120 cows with over wintered sheep. Tenancy Detail
It is proposed the current secure Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 1991 tenancy will be assigned to the successful purchaser. The current rent is £11,500 and was agreed in 2022. The rent is payable half yearly in arrears.
