A select collection of well-equipped self-catering holiday lodges, each with a hot tub, and set in a quiet woodland valley just outside Richmond. The lodges are popular for romantic breaks and family holidays and can accommodate the ever-popular dog-friendly stays. The property extends across a substantial site totalling 26.8 acres which has a south facing topography and provides for a very discreet and well screened development.

There are two stock fenced paddocks with barns and field shelters within the entrance, and the lodge development is located to the south beyond a belt of mature woodland. A further parcel of amenity land has recently been granted permission for the development of 24 holiday lodges.

The existing letting lodges have been developed and added to the business on a phased basis since circa 2000. The business presently trades with 17 letting lodges with the accommodation appealing to a wide client base ranging from one bedroom luxury lodges with saunas and hot tubs to larger three bedroom family lodges.

Park buildings include a large four bedroom manager's / owner's house that was reconfigured and extended in circa 2010, a reception lodge with offices and fully equipped laundry and workshop.
