Type C Hangars, Bicester Motion, Buckingham Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX27 8AL

It is a rare opportunity to have a century-old hangar available for regeneration and new use. After successfully completing such a restoration on Grade II Listed Hangar 137, there is an opportunity to do so again for the Type C hangars.

The Type C hangars are already well established as a striking and atmospheric setting for photoshoots, product launches, filming and a diverse range of events. Its vast scale and clear-span interior also make it ideally suited to testing and live capability demonstrations, including drones, robotics and other advanced technologies.

This is a unique chance to combine heritage character with forward-thinking innovation, creating a space that is both historically significant and future-focused.
