The residence is south-facing and has unobstructed views over a deep valley and up to the Libyan Sea. Around it there are some large olive trees and one almond tree. Before the main entrance there is a traditional "hayat", a covered part of the courtyard, which was used as a welcome area for visitors and to tie their donkeys or horses. The property consists of a basement of 28 m² and a ground floor of 126 m². From the "hayat" there is a door that opens directly onto the basement and a staircase that leads to the central courtyard and the main entrance of the building on the ground floor.

In a relatively short distance from the residence, there is a dirt road from which you can reach Elafonisi after about 10 km. Paleochora is a small town, where there are banks, schools, restaurants and several shops that operate all year round. Around Paleochora there are many excellent beaches and places of interest. The property is a very good choice for a holiday home, if you want complete tranquility while it can also provide you a significant income from its use.
