If you are seeking for tranquility and total isolation, then this house will definitely make your heart pump. It is an old stone residence with many traditional elements. You can make several improvements to the building but is completely renovated, in very good condition and habitable. The location is remote as it is situated about 30 minutes' drive from Paleochora, 1 hour and 45 minutes from Chania city and about 2 hours from the airport. A dirt road of about 2 km long reaches the area, which is in good condition. The neighborhood has no permanent residents as it has a few homes, many of which are abandoned.

The residence is south-facing and has unobstructed views over a deep valley and up to the Libyan Sea. Around it there are some large olive trees and one almond tree.
