Monthly licence fee payable by direct debit; details on application. Deposit payable equivalent to the monthly licence fee. Licence fee includes - reception services (meet & greet visitors, mail services); WIFI; access to a wider business support network; refuse/recycling facilities; communal area cleaning; business rates and building insurance
Uses
Suitable for a wide variety of office based and light industrial businesses, B1 classification. Retail, vehicle repair and/or maintenance or related businesses are not permitted.
Repairs & Maintenance
Licence holders are responsible for the internal upkeep & decoration of their office or workshop only.
Business Rates & VAT
VAT not payable. Business Rates are included in the licence fee.
Conference & Meeting Space
The generously sized meeting room is capable of holding a maximum of 18 delegates. The provision of WiFi, TV, Webcam and Refreshments are all included in the hire charges (subject to availability. Rates; Half day £90.00; Full day £145.00
The Conference room is also available to hire to businesses external to the business centre.
Viewings are available during office hours 9am-4pm.
