Bridlington Business Centre was constructed in 1998 with money from East Riding of Yorkshire Council & Bridlington Regeneration Partnership to provide good quality purpose-built workshops and office units with excellent on-site support facilities. This includes kitchens, toilets, shared loading bay, conference and meeting room and on-site car parking.

Terms of Occupation
The offices and workshops are let on a Licence Agreement - available on 'easy-in, easy-out' terms (terminable on the giving of one month's notice) and subject to an annual review with the business centre manager or on-site business advisor

Rental
Monthly licence fee payable by direct debit; details on application. Deposit payable equivalent to the monthly licence fee. Licence fee includes - reception services (meet & greet visitors, receive post and deliveries); WIFI; access to a wider business support network; refuse/recycling facilities; communal area cleaning; business rates and building insurance

Uses
Suitable for a wide variety of Office based businesses and light industrial use. Retail, vehicle repair and/or maintenance, car trade or related businesses are not permitted.

Repairs & Maintenance
Licence holders are responsible for the internal upkeep & decoration of their office / workshop only.

Conference & Meeting Space
The generously sized meeting room is capable of holding a maximum of 18 delegates (smaller rooms are also available to hire). The provision of a fixed projector and screen, flipchart, TV and internet access are available and included within the hire charge. Refreshments can be arranged upon request. The Conference room is also available to hire to businesses external to the business centre. Hourly rate £20.00; Half day £65.00; Full day £110.00
