All workshops are available on tenancies for an initial term of one year and thereafter from year to year. Monthly rent equates to £416.66 and is payable in advance by Direct Debit. A rent deposit equivalent to three months' rent, i.e. of £1250, is payable by the successful applicant.

Restrictions on permitted use:
No retailing to the general public is permitted.
No vehicle repair/maintenance/storage or related businesses are permitted, however, some ancillary vehicle research and development may be acceptable, subject to obtaining the landlords prior consent.
