Business Description
Veritas Business Sales are delighted to offer to the market this well-established Fast Food Restaurant & Takeaway, situated in the popular Sparkbrook area of Birmingham. The business was established approximately 5 years ago by our clients, who are now offering the business for sale to enable them to concentrate on their other business interests.
During their ownership, our clients have refurbished and redecorated the premises and invested substantially in new equipment, fixtures and fittings. These items are included within the sale price and have been bought and paid for, representing a significant benefit to a new owner and reducing the requirement for further immediate capital expenditure.
The business is currently owner-operated with the assistance of 4 full-time members of staff and generates an average weekly turnover of approximately £9,000.
The turnover is currently derived from approximately:
£5,000 per week – Uber Eats
£2,800 per week – walk-in trade
£1,200 per week – Just Eat
The menu has a strong parmesan theme and includes chicken parmesan, donner parmesan, Kashmiri parmesan, pulled beef brisket parmesan, parmesan burgers and smashed burgers, together with steak & rice, steak & chips, steak & pasta, box meals, loaded Mac ‘n’ cheese, fried chicken wings, wraps, sides, children's meals, soft drinks and desserts.
Please note that the trading name “Casa Parmo” is not included in the sale, as our clients operate another site under the same brand. However, should a purchaser wish to acquire both sites, the trading name may then be available.
We believe there is considerable scope for an incoming owner to further develop the business through a more rigorous advertising and marketing campaign, together with an increased presence across social media platforms.
The business has established a strong reputation within the local community and beyond, generating a high level of regular and repeat custom.
This represents an excellent opportunity to acquire a turnkey restaurant and takeaway operation, with an established customer base, substantial equipment and clear potential for further growth.
Early viewing is highly recommended.
