Business Description
Veritas Business Sales offer to the market this respected Fish & Chip Takeaway which is located in Pelsall. The Fish & Chip Takeaway has been trading since 1940 and has been in the careful hands of our client since 2015. In 2017 they added the Pizzeria which has proved popular and they are now offering the business for sale due to the owner moving overseas.
Since ownership they have continually invested in new equipment along with fixtures & fittings which are all bought and paid for and included within the sale price which is a huge plus for any new purchaser as additional funds will not need to be spent for some time. Little Chippy Pizzeria is operated by a manager with the help of 2 full time and 6 part time members of staff. They have a high weekly turnover which can be discussed on application. They serving a fine range of fish & chips, along with, pies, saveloys, savouries, sundries, vegetarian options, southern fried chicken, condiments, kebabs, burgers, and cold drinks.
We believe that a new owner operator could increase turnover by extending the current opening times, by joining the online delivery portals such as Just Eat and Deliveroo and taking card payments. This is a superb opportunity to purchase an established takeaway with further potential which is a great base to build upon and as such early viewing is highly recommended.
