Since ownership they have completely refurbished the premises and continually invested in new equipment along with fixtures & fittings which are all bought and paid for and included within the sale price which is a huge plus for any new purchaser as additional funds will not need to be spent for some time. T J's is owner operated and has an annual turnover of circa £66,000. (Due to health reasons the café operated a much-reduced timetable). They serve a fine range of breakfasts, sandwiches, baguettes, jacket potatoes, lunches and hot & cold drinks.
We believe that there is further potential to increase trade should you wish, by opening in the afternoon and evenings especially during the summer months. The property comes with a self-contained 3-bedroom apartment. (Apartment Freehold Only-not included in the Lease).
