Opening in early 2022, Base is a £21m new build scheme on Manchester Science Park that will provide 92,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space specifically for technology companies. Located on the Oxford Road corridor which is home to 49.6% of Manchester's tech and science businesses, Base sits next to the local universities, allowing occupiers to have direct access to a deep pool of graduate talent.

Base will include a number of green, sustainability measures including an A-rated EPC, 750 m2 of PV solar power, a hybrid heating and cooling system using water as a heat transfer , Demand Side Response integrated into the Building Management System and battery capability.
