We have offices in Bishops Stortford and Harlow and focus on the M11 & A120 corridors. The keys towns we cover are Bishop's Stortford, Stansted Airport and Harlow. However, our expertise also extends to a regional context including east Hertfordshire, north Essex, south Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. As commercial property agents we market offices, retail premises, warehouse/industrial units. We also act as property development advisers either selling or acquiring development land together with advising on property investments. In addition we assist occupiers with their commercial property needs and act as corporate property consultants.

Coke Gearing Consulting is run by Chartered Surveyors with many years of experience in the commercial property market. Our services extend to including landlord and tenant rent reviews, lease renewals/re-gears, property management, development appraisals and valuations.
