Riverside House, Riverside, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 3AJ

Riverside House was comprehensively refurbished in 2024 to provide exceptional quality office space for up to 12 businesses seeking office accommodation for between 2 and 20 people.

Windhill Investments, which has owned the property for over 25 years, is based in Riverside House and manages the building providing exceptional customer service, peace of mind and accountability to all occupiers.

Each office is available on either a 12, 24 or 36 month transparent standard lease enabling occupiers to move in quickly and, if they so desire, without the cost of legal representation.

The rent is all-inclusive except for the cost of on-site car parking (if required) and business rates. For most tenants, the small business rate relief scheme will apply and business rates will not be payable.

Each office benefits from high speed internet, VPN and Wi-Fi, and controllable air conditioning/heating. Utilities, cleaning, use of the meeting room and private telephone booths and refreshments are all included in the rent.

Maximising energy efficiency was a key consideration in planning the refurbishment of the property and with the removal of the gas boiler, new insulation and the installation of low energy LED lights an excellent EPC rating of “B” has been achieved.

Occupiers include Rayden Solicitors, Lumin Wealth, Wireless Logic, Chiltern Oakmont, Global Panel Products, Subco Group, Oakridge Property Group, High Court Warrants and Windhill Investments.
