Parker Barras are delighted to offer this fantastic, authentic Italian restaurant, nestled within the heart of Newton Ayciffe's Business Park to the market

AlfrescoNapoli which has been trading out of their current unit for over 5 years has been a huge hit with both the local community and people from afar, they pride themselves on their authentic Italian cuisine, serving a very limited menu of Pizza, Pasta, Dough Balls and Chips.

Food is served in a fast food/takeaway style, which allows customers to either sit in or take away. Inside are a total of 45 covers with an extra 12 outside covers for the warmer months. The restaurant has huge scope to increase turnover, reducing the size of tables to allow for more covers is one route, another being extending the seating area into the very large store room. The stockroom also benefits from a large vehicle roller shutter for easy access to deliveries.

With the implementation of delivery apps and increases seating size/opening hours, this restaurant is ready to soar.

Currently the restaurant is ran by the owners, with 1 owner working the kitchen and the other working front of house, there is some part time staff but only pot washers.

All equipment apart from the large upright coffee machine is owned outright and is included in the sale.
