Description
Building 149 is set among mature trees, offering attractive green outlooks. It features a bright, open workshop with a power-floated concrete floor, roller shutter door, plus a modern kitchenette and WC.

The space is highly flexible, with scope for a mezzanine (including passenger lift provision) and a ground-floor vehicle lift, making it well suited to specialist automotive uses.
