Located opposite the Wakefield Girls High School and near to Wakefield College, The Plex is Wakefield`s first Digital and Creative Hub. It is a superb Grade II Listed period office building with private car parking facilities (additional charges may apply for parking).

It provides excellent transport links with the M1 as it lies in between Junction 40 and Junction 41 and has two train stations and a bus station close by. The Plex is also close to the Merchant Gate mixed commercial and residential development and the Wakefield One council building.

Wakefield Westgate train station is a 3 minute walk away, and the bus station is within 5 minutes walk.

The boardroom is situated on the ground floor at the front of the building which is DDA compliant, with 2 large windows allowing natural light and access to the common areas including kitchen, toilets, and shower room. The building is fitted with a high standard alarm system, and remote viewing CCTV.

The boardroom is available to book Monday-Friday between 9am - 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays). You can book on a hourly basis, cost is £29* per hour or you can book for the full day which costs £185*.
