Flexible terms are offered on all the packages and the space is setup to create a welcoming atmosphere complete with pictures and plants. Individual lockers are situated within the office and complimentary refreshments (tea/coffee etc.) are available all day, everyday. Basic office stationery is accessible and printing services are available for a small charge.

The building has a manned reception and offers meeting room facilities (hire costs will apply) bookable by the hour, half or full day. There is a shared kitchen along with toilet and shower facilities. There is 24 hour CCTV surrounding the building, along with 22 private car parking spaces (additional charges for parking will apply), and bike storage facilities are provided externally.
