Marengo Estates was established in 2020 by Mark Burns Cassell and Vin Todd, with the vision of bringing our new and existing property portfolio under one roof, in order to make finding the perfect workspace simpler and more efficient.
The name Marengo was inspired by our flagship building, Hills Art Centre, which is situated at 17/18 Waterloo Place. Because of our love of history and heritage buildings, during our research we found out Napoleon's horse was called Marengo, and that name just felt right (especially as Mark is affectionately known as 'Little Napoleon' around the office...).
At Marengo, we are passionate about bringing people together and providing them with a creative space to collaborate and grow their businesses. We offer a range of workspaces for rent, with all the necessary amenities, and we take pride in providing a high quality, genuine and professional service offer for all our tenants in each of the distinctive, quirky and historic buildings in our portfolio.
We strive to create an environment that is conducive to creativity, collaboration and productivity.
