A substantial agricultural shed occupying a highly accessible site approximately 0.2 miles north of the A1. In its entirety, the building measures 521 sq m (5,606 sq ft) in size, with a ridge height of 9.2m. Construction is of a robust concrete steel portal frame clad with box profile cladding above brick walls. The building has plastic guttering and downpipes. The building benefits from a concrete floor, 5.97m wide electric roller shutter door located on the west gable end and a 241 sq m (2,589 sq ft) concrete panelled storage bay (bay height 1.3m). There are ample plug sockets (3-phase) on the internal walls, flood lights in the roof, water is on site and there is both a pedestrian door and a vehicular door on the north side for additional access. The use of the wider yard is offered with the shed, however it should be noted that this is a communal area which is utilised by the wider farming operation and therefore access must be clear at all times. The building occupies a site of approximately 0.15 acres (0.06 hectares) in total with access via a hardstanding road directly off the A1 to the south.
