Built in 1793, the Fitted Rigging House was restored in 2018 with an £8.2m fund through the generous support of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF), South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP) and designed by the architects Baynes and Mitchell. It now stands at the forefront of the Historic Dockyard's business community.
