Thirty years ago when Matti Kraus established his property company he created a customer focussed culture built around value for money.

Today, that culture remains true to the original vision throughout the company which benefits from a strong financial base and the expertise of a dedicated team of property professionals adopting the same customer focussed principles in providing space for businesses to thrive.

From those early beginnings of ownership of a handful of small warehouse properties in North London, Pall Mall Estates now owns and manages over 5.5 million sq ft of commercial property valued in excess of £450 million comprising of over 500 properties in over 125 locations, accommodating over 400 tenants.

Located predominantly in London, the South East and the Midlands the Pall Mall Estates' portfolio is mainly industrial and warehouse stock but also includes quality office accommodation and some popular retail units.

Tenants range from small owner-managed businesses through to multi-national blue-chip organisations. The common element is value for money provided by a company run by property people who understand the value of customer loyalty.

That company is Pall Mall Estates. Some standards never change.
