The property has a good-sized car park and is set in mature, well maintained landscaped gardens, with the grounds extending to circa 10 acres.

The Hotel has been operated by HF Holidays since 2012 under a lease with Vacant Possession available from April 2027. This will provide an operator with the option to continue to position the hotel as a well-located, well-regarded venue for visitors or groups and especially walkers or to transpose the hotel identity and/or develop the site (STPP).
