TERMS
The offices are available on an initial twelve-month licence agreement, payable monthly in advance. We have been advised that VAT is applicable. Prior to occupying the office, a deposit equivalent to one month's licence fee, plus VAT is required.
Included with the offices are 4 hours of free meeting room hire per month, with a 20% reduction on meeting room hire thereafter. The licence fee also covers utilities.
IT/communications are at tenants cost.
Car parking is available, subject to availability, with a permit costing £50 per calendar month, plus VAT. Additional staff and visitor parking is available on campus on a pay and display basis.
ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING REGULATIONS
Anti-Money Laundering Regulations require Fenn Wright to verify the identity, private residence and source of funds (where applicable) of prospective purchasers and tenants prior to solicitors being instructed. An administration fee is payable, and further details are available upon request.
