Accommodation Text
The commercial accommodation is arranged entirely across the ground floor and provides a substantial open-plan space extending to over 2,150 sq ft. The layout offers excellent flexibility for a variety of commercial uses, with potential to create an even larger uninterrupted area should the existing bar installation be removed. Skylights positioned within the flat roof help provide natural light to the main trading space, creating a brighter internal environment.
While certain areas would benefit from modernisation, the premises already include a functioning beer cellar together with a number of additional separate rooms suitable for offices, storage, staff facilities, or other ancillary business requirements. This combination of open trading space and supporting accommodation enhances the overall versatility of the property.
