Wilson Homes are on site on a portion of the site with the entire development projected to be phased over
a 20-25 year timeframe creating a new neighbourhood for Elgin north.
Location
Elgin is the administrative and commercial centre for Moray located approximately 65 miles northwest of
Aberdeen and 40 miles north-east of Inverness via the A96 trunk road.
The subject site comprises approximately 12 Hectares (30 Acres) of employment land forming part of a
larger Masterplan mixed use development located at Findrassie approximately 1 mile to the north of Elgin
town centre.
The area zoned as employment land is located to the east of Lossiemouth Road on the eastern edge of the
new neighbourhood scheme.
