Prime New Build Retail Units, Newcastle Road, Shavington, Crewe

The scheme will comprise two newly constructed steel portal-frame buildings with a combination of brick elevations and modern cladding, with glazed shop frontage, designed to provide flexible commercial accommodation.
Each unit will extend to approximately 645 sq ft, with the option to combine both units to create a single space of around 1,290 sq ft, subject to occupier requirements.
The units are due for completion by Q2 of 2027 and will be delivered to a shell condition, suitable for a range of commercial and community uses subject to planning.
A Sainsbury's store of approximately 4,000 sq ft is already pre-let on the development, providing a strong anchor tenant which will generate regular footfall and enhance the commercial appeal of the site for incoming occupiers.
Suitable for Retail, Café or Services use (Subject to Planning).
