We are inviting discussions around how a bespoke nursery development could be successfully delivered at Capital Park, Beverley creating a safe, welcoming and inspiring setting for children, staff and families.

This document shares our initial vision for the scheme, demonstrating what could be achieved on the site and how we would work collaboratively to shape the final design around operational needs.

Our initial concept explores a purpose-built nursery of approximately 5,000 sq ft, designed to support modern early years learning and care. Key elements could include:
* Single-storey, contemporary building
* Secure perimeter fencing and gated access
* Dedicated car parking
* Direct, safe access to outdoor learning areas
* High levels of natural light and visibility

Any design shown is illustrative and intended to start a conversation - layouts, finishes and capacity can be tailored to requirements

We see this as a partnership project. Brooklands would:
* Fund and deliver the build
* Manage planning and construction
* Retain ownership and long-term management

We would work closely with you to:
* Finalise layouts and specification
* Ensure regulatory and operational needs are met
* Create a nursery that supports long-term success
