Welcome to a no hassle workspace, with Soho attitude…
Let’s get one thing straight. This is not co-working. It’s the best bits of a serviced office in a brand-spankingly refurbed building.
16 Dufour’s Place by Great Portland Estates provides new extensively refurbished workspaces - fully fitted, managed and ready to move straight in! 7 self-contained private floors for 7 Companies.
The tech enabled building offers contactless entry, environmental controls, access to newspapers and magazines, and much more.
The building includes everything you would expect – community manager, variety of places to work, Ground Floor courtyard and 4th floor terrace with Soho views, communal space, meeting rooms, phone booths, bike storage, parking, showers, and a daily provision of fresh fruit, pastries, and brewed coffee.
We offer flexible lease terms with a straightforward sign up process, so everything’s is neatly rolled into one monthly bill making it hassle free. We own and take care of our buildings, so we’ll look after you and the building.
1. It’s Exclusively Yours
Your own private floor and your own front door, get ready to showcase what’s important… Your company obviously! We’ll even hook you up with a muralist to brand your lobby – if you’re street enough for that of course.
You’ll have your own meeting rooms, kitchen and breakout spaces.
2. It’s thoughtfully designed, fitted and managed
We have brought a developer’s mentality to flexible workspaces – high quality, sustainably designed, expertly managed.
Our lovely community manager (say hi!) keeps things running like clockwork. It’s a wonder how the world went around without her.
Fully equipped and always looked after, we’re on hand for your daily needs and we’ll keep the place spick and span.
3. It’s alive with technology
Our smart workplace app, sesame™, allows you to seamlessly interact with the building’s features and our friendly on-site team. Super-fast Wi-Fi and IT support comes as standard.
sesame™ brings contactless entry, environmental control and free lifestyle services. Not a fan of the FT? Ok then.. comic book anyone?
There’s not much that this little guy can’t do for you. Temperature, air quality, energy management, visitor booking… it even tells us that your dishwasher is done.
4. Flexible lease term in one bill
You bet the building’s solid, but otherwise, we’re pretty flexible. Signing up is easy and we’ll have terms that suit you. Everything’s rolled into one monthly bill making it hassle free.
5. Owned & Managed by Great Portland Estates
With us, you’re in safe hands. We know… you don’t want to be anywhere near people’s hands right now. What we’re trying to say is: We own and take care of our buildings. We’ll look after you and the planet. So relax, you deal directly with us – there’s no middle man welcome here.
