RARE OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE A LIFE-STYLE CHANGING BUSINESS!

Due to the current owners retirement a pair of rare beach concessions have now come to the market. Having been operated by the same family for over 50 years the opportunity has now arisen to acquire two established beach concessions located on Margate's stunning Main Sands.

Ideally located in prime positions on Margate's renowned Main Sands the businesses are sited perfectly to attract holiday-makers, day-trippers and locals. Margate main-line railway station, with Hi-Speed services from London, is located within 100 metres of the beach providing a frequent influx of visitors. Regular coach trips are also scheduled throughout the season providing further arrivals of visitors, eager to visit the beach. The owners are looking to sell two beach concessions, one with rides and inflatables for small children, the other with inflatables & trampolines. All rides and equipment appertaining to the businesses are included within the sale.

The businesses are operated on allocated beach pitches under council commercial leases. The businesses operate between 1st April, or Easter if earlier, and 31st October. The current owners have advised that there is further scope to increase business turnover by holding events, hosting parties and with further community links as well as the potential to increase the operating hours.
