After many years of neglect and multiple changes in ownership Castlebridge was purchased by Ashville for clients. It provided five, 4-storey office buildings around a central courtyard totalling circa 55,000 sq ft.

The plan was to take this under-invested asset and create a working environment that suited modern company requirements.
