The hospitality space includes the Black Tin Barn & Worksop Bar and additional Tom & Gobbler – an old-fashioned pub with wood burner and pool table.

The main event space called the Brood House has a seated capacity of up to 200 and has its own bar, dancefloor and DJ area. It offers a warm and happy atmosphere with the use of decorative lighting and natural materials, with some glitz and glamour. The sides of the space open which is ideal for a relaxed feel on warm, summer days.
There is a BBQ grill area and generously sized commercial kitchen along with large storage space.
The barns are set in landscaped, courtyard styled gardens and there is a large, lawned area, ideal for on arrival drinks, with far reaching views.
There are twelve luxurious bell tents in total made up of 7m and 5m in size, sleeping up to four people each, with either king size, double or single beds. They are all furnished in a traditional farm style with covered floors, comfy beds and duvets.
These are conveniently located so guests can park adjacent to their accommodation and there are also private toilets and showers.
The site measures circa 19 acres in total which includes the cottage, barns, adjacent fields, glamping area and woodland.
Less than half the barns are currently used as part of the celebration business, with the remaining space used as storage or let on informal agreements.
The site includes grass fields and a woodland which can be used as an outdoor ceremony space. Due to the size of the site, there is ample parking for guests.
The buildings and surrounding of the site mean that (subject to obtaining planning consent) there is scope of further develop the offering whether on a commercial, residential or hospitality basis.
Although the venue is not officially licenced for marriage ceremonies, it does not hold back its popularity or reviews.
It is booked on an exclusive only basis and, by choice, the owners only host 15 Weddings per year offering a personalised 1:1 experience for couples and their guests.
Rhyse Farm is a wonderful Wedding Venue but can also be adapted and used for other family occasions, meetings and conferences. Its size allows the scope of the offering to be very broad.
The business has a turnover of c.£270k for the financial year
2025/2026. The owners chose to host only around 15 weddings
per year at present but have good demand for more events and for
use of the Glamping Village.
