Equipped with a grain dryer heated via the biomass and back up diesel burner. There are two adjoining lean-tos used for machinery storage and housing the biomass boiler and timber stock.

2. Refrigerated Store (36m x 19m) - Steel portal frame with concrete floor, concrete block walls and box profile. 80mm of sprayed foam insulation. Circa 1,400 tonne capacity.

3. Refrigerated Store (40m x 12m) - Steel portal frame with concrete floor, concrete block walls and box profile. 80mm of sprayed foam insulation. Circa 1,000 tonne capacity.

4. Ambient Store (30m x 16m) - Steel portal frame with concrete floor, concrete block walls and box profile. 80mm of sprayed foam insulation. Circa 1,000 tonne capacity.
