The building enjoyed a refurbishment in 2023, with new features including a 1,500 sqft business lounge alongside new lifts and landing areas, and a revamped reception.

We're just a four-minute walk from the train station, connecting you to London Euston in under 60 minutes and Birmingham International in 11 minutes. There's plenty of secure cycle storage available and Friars House is easily accessible from the city centre cycle routes. Car parking is available with a limited number of spaces on site and also off site at nearby car parks with a monthly, quarterly or annual pass.
