Workshop - This was constructed in 1980 and has an eaves height of approximately 4.8m and is of steel truss frame construction built in four bays. The elevations are generally brick up to 2m with one elevation fully clad in brick with profile steel cladding above, there are two storey offices on the North Eastern elevation.

Highbay Warehouse - This has an eaves height of 8.3m and is approximately 15-years old, it is of steel portal frame construction clad in plastisol coated profile steel.
