A Rare Theatre and Events Opportunity
Purpose-built theatre and auditorium spaces of this nature rarely become available for independent commercial occupation.
Kilgraston Theatre offers a combination of auditorium capacity, character, flexibility and a distinctive estate setting, allowing it to accommodate considerably more than traditional theatre use.
It could become a dedicated:
conference venue, corporate meeting facility, community auditorium, training centre, performing arts venue, cultural centre, education facility, event venue or mixed-use commercial operation.
For an operator with the right concept, the theatre offers the potential to establish a highly distinctive venue serving Perthshire and a wider central Scotland catchment.
The landlord welcomes serious proposals from organisations, businesses, charities and venue operators.
Early enquiries and viewings are encouraged. All proposed uses are subject to landlord approval and any necessary planning, licensing, fire-safety, capacity and other statutory requirements.
