INTRODUCTION
The letting of the land at Burgh Common provides an unusual opportunity to rent a small parcel of productive land under a Farm Business Tenancy agreement.

The land is being offered to let for an initial term of five years.

The Altcar 2 land is identified as being deep peat soil.

METHOD OF LETTING
The land is to be let under a Farm Business Tenancy from 5th October2026 to 4th October 2031. There will be a provision in the agreement
for a rent review from 2028.

The letting is to be by informal tender as a whole. A separate tender pack including the tender form is available from the agents. Tenders
must be received at the Norwich office of Brown & Co by 12noon on Thursday 24th September 2026.

As well as taking into account the rent tendered by the prospective tenants; the owners will be keen to understand the applicants proposals in relation to farming approach and proposed cropping.
