Inside is everything you need, from high-speed internet, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry facilities on-site and a fantastic communal space to eat, rest and meet new friends. All utilities are rolled into the rent and we don't charge fees.

We have three room types to suit your budget and taste: Classic, Premium and Deluxe en-suite.

On-site car parking is also available.

We have 4 rooms available priced at just £750 per month, all inclusive of bills!

It's this friendly, local service that means tenants often stay on with us throughout their time at university or college here in Manchester.

We also cater for post graduates and graduates who decide to remain in Manchester to start work when they have finished their course.

Members of the Residential Landlords Association, we are nationally recognised for improving standards and practices within the lettings industry. And all of our larger properties are licensed with Manchester City Council as required by law.
