We pride ourselves in being one of the best landlords in south Manchester with offices local to all of our properties, staffed 5 days a week. It's this friendly, local service that means tenants often stay on with us throughout their time at university or college here in Manchester.

We also cater for post graduates and graduates who decide to remain in Manchester to start work when they have finished their course.

Members of the Residential Landlords Association, we are nationally recognised for improving standards and practices within the lettings industry. And all of our larger properties are licensed with Manchester City Council as required by law.
