Located just off the M40 in Banbury, Tapper Spaces offer three distinct and fully equipped meeting spaces, designed to cater to a variety of business needs. With excellent travel options from both London and the Midlands, the convenient location ensures convenience for clients across the region. Each of the meeting rooms —Aruba, Cosmos, and Koral —high-speed WiFi and large Samsung Smart TVs are provided, together with and access to a fully stocked communal kitchen.

Parking
There are over 30 EV charging spots within walking distance, and on-site EV charging will also soon be available. Notably, parking on site is free of charge. Each room is equipped with WiFi, a Samsung Smart TV, and a flipchart. Toilets are conveniently located on the ground floor.

There is a break-out area with complimentary refreshments. Catering options nearby include M&S Foodhall, McDonald’s, and Costa Drive-thru within a 3-minute drive. Alternatively, lunches can be arranged through a catering company. Entry and exit to the suites is contactless and accessible via smartphone app.

Aruba
The largest space, Aruba, accommodates up to 12 seats and is suitable for various purposes such as meetings, training sessions, interviews, and boardroom meetings. Pricing – £750/week £150/day £80/half day (7.00am -12.00pm, or 12.30pm -4.30pm). VAT will be payable in addition.

Cosmos
The second largest room, Cosmos, accommodates up to 10 seats and is suitable for various purposes such as meetings, training sessions, interviews, and boardroom meetings. Pricing – £600/week £120/day £65/half day (7.00am -12.00pm, or 12.30pm -4.30pm). VAT will be payable in addition.

Koral
The third room, Koral, accommodates up to 6 seats and is suitable for various purposes such as meetings, training sessions, interviews, and boardroom meetings. Pricing – £350/week £70/day £40/half day or £15/hr (7.00am -12.00pm, or 12.30pm -4.30pm). VAT is payable in addition.

Tapper Spaces is situated north of Banbury, with convenient access from Junction 11 of the M40, as well as excellent rail links via Banbury Station.

Banbury is situated at Junction 11 of the London to Birmingham M40 Motorway in Oxfordshire and is a rapidly expanding town with a population of 54,335 (2021 census) and a district population of approximately 160,000.
