Location

Terms
The units are available by way of inclusive licences, which include the following:
• Licence fee
• Estate service charge

Business Rates and utilities (electric) are excluded from the licence fee. Licences are subject to a minimum term of 1 year, but may be terminated with 3 month’s notice. At the start of the term, cleared funds amounting to a 5 week licence fee are required as a deposit and subsequent payments are payable monthly in advance by standing order. A monthly fee will be payable for internet/phone charges. A non-returnable deposit will be required to cover the cost and supply of the telephone.

VAT
Unless otherwise stated terms are strictly exclusive of Value Added Tax and interested parties must satisfy themselves as to the incidence of this tax in the subject case.

Legal Costs
Each party to be responsible for their own legal costs incurred in this transaction.

In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering requirements, two forms of identification will be required from the purchaser or tenant and any beneficial owner together with evidence/proof identifying the source of funds being relied upon to complete the transaction.
