Description
The 2nd floor accommodation comprises three high-specification office suites that balance original architectural features with a contemporary professional finish. The front suite offers an outlook over Devonshire Street, while two additional suites overlook the rear garden, all benefiting from significant natural light via large timber sash windows. The interior design utilises a neutral palette of matte-finished walls and commercial-grade carpeting, punctuated by original ornamental fireplaces and high-output linear LED pendant lighting.
Access is provided via a grand reception lobby characterised by navy-blue wainscoting, herringbone oak flooring, and a central atrium illuminated by a large structural skylight. The common areas and amenities are finished to a high standard, including a modern kitchenette with integrated cabinetry and refurbished washrooms featuring large-format porcelain tiling and premium sanitary ware. The space is available as a whole or in individual parts, providing a versatile environment that integrates historic character with modern infrastructure.
