Storex Sunbury opened in December 2024 and provides a state of the art self storage facility along with 10 workspaces(fab labs). All fab labs are located on the ground floor of the building and will be managed by the onsite team.

The fab labs have been created with small businesses in mind and can be rented without the long-term commitment of a lease. When you rent one of our fab labs you'll get a blank canvas so you can create a workspace/workshop layout that suits the needs of your business.

The fab labs have large windows to provide a light working environment. All units benefit have an industrial chic ceiling, perimeter trunking, and a polished finished concrete floor. The fab labs are self-contained and can be accessed via their own entrances using digital keyless locks that allow you to share digital keys with your colleagues. When you rent a unit you will have access to use the communal kitchen and toilet facilities including a shower.

There is on-site parking for both cars and bikes.

The site is a very striking black building on the corner of the A244 Windmill Road and Brooklands Close.

It is located a short walk from the Tesco Extra and if wish to travel by bus you can catch the 216, 290 or 555, the bus stop is about 400m away on Staines Road West.
