Vyners House, Ickenham, Uxbridge, UB10 8QQ

This stunning, vacant estate sits within 25 acres of parkland, featuring a lake, courtyard and stable blocks. Closed to the public, it allows productions to have full control of the enviroment when shooting.

The jewel of the estate is a vacant, Grade I listed 17th-century mansion set over three stories in the shape of an H, which gives it four projecting wings. This property in particular has been acknowledged by Historic England as being one of the most significant buildings in England.

Vyners House is an office property within the estate offering a range of office sizes, with flexible space that can be tailored to suit your company’s needs.

An abundance of on-site parking for unit bases, and it's position to the west of London - easily accessed via the M25 - this estate is a perfect solution for most, if not all, production requirements.
